Conference Dinner The Conference Dinner and SIA Annual Awards will be held on the evening of Wednesday, 9th July. Tickets for the dinner are $120 per person and are not included in the conference registration fees.

The Conference Dinner will be held at Seaworld and will feature Stephen Bradbury, Australia's first Winter Olympic Gold Medalist, as our after dinner speaker. Tickets are available by registering online.

Shuttle Buses will leave the Holiday Inn Surfers Paradise at 6.30 pm and return at 11.00 pm.
Cocktail Reception The Cocktail Reception will be held from 6.00 pm on Tuesday, 8th July at the QBar, located on Level 77 of QDeck.Cocktail Reception tickets are included in all Full Day Workshop Registrations and Two Day Conference registrations only.

Don't miss the opportunity to join us for the opening social event of the conference and to take in the amazing Gold Coast views from the World's tallest residential building. Additional tickets are available for $55 and can be booked through the online registration.

A shuttle buse will leave the Holiday Inn at 5.45 pm for Q1. A shittle bus will leave Q1 at 8.10 pm to return to the Holiday Inn at the conclusion of the event.
Payments Upon registration, GEMS will supply an electronic confirmation and tax invoice for the total value of the conference.

Should you wish to pay by credit card, payments must be made via the on line registration from. Cheque payments should be made payable to the GEMS Pty Limited and forwarded to:

Cancellations Cancellations received in writing by the Conference Organisers by 7th June, 2008 will be accepted and all fees refunded less an AUD$100 administration fee. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and address details of the new delegate must be advised in writing to the Conference Organsiers prior to the conference. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.
Disabled Facilities If you require disability specific facilities, please notify the organisers by indicating your requirements on the registration form.
Disclaimer In the event of industrial disruptions, the GEMS Pty Limited cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The programme is correct at the time of printing, but the organisers reserve the right to alter the programme if and as is deemed necessary.
Liability The Stormwater Industry Association and/or GEMS Pty Limited shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Meeting. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
