For the past 12 years, GEMS Pty Limited have been organising an extraordinary range of special events from gala dinners to farmers' markets, awards ceremonies to product launches, Waste Management Centre openings to a community breakfast on Sydney Harbour. This is just an example of the work that we do.
We have built our success around working very closely with our clients to identify their needs so that we can create an event to satisfy those needs.
One of our most challenging projects was the organisation of the Wheelchair, Prosthetic and Orthotic Repair Centres at the 2000 Sydney Paralympics for all athletes and officials at all sporting venues. This required our team to work very closely with SOCOG, SPOC and Otto Bock Healthcare in order to ensure that all athletes had access to all of the equipment they required in order to compete at the highest level.
Clients the calibre of the NSW Sports Council for the Disabled, the NSW Farmers Association, the NSW RPSCA, the Sydney Paralympic Organising Committee, Sydney Water, the NSW EPA, Landcare Australia, Otto Bock Healthcare, the Australian Association of Special Education and the Local Government and Shires Associations have all used the services of GEMS Special Events to generate outstanding results.
