Australia Day Citizenship Ceremony
I would like to thank you for the splendid work in helping us conduct the Australia Day Citizenship Ceremony.
I would especially like to acknowledge the work carried out by Julie McGraw. Her quick grasp of the protocol of the ceremony and her attention to detail in briefing the staff at Old Government House ensured the day went seemlessly. I am sure that as far as anyone from Council was aware, the event was no different to those organised "in house" as your staff were both very professional and unobtrusive.
Ms McGraw also went to some considerable effort to secure appropriate gifts for the candidates and I know these were appreciated.

Environmental Trade Show For Small Business
Last evening's Environmental Trade Show was an outstanding success. Many of the exhibitors commented that there were many more attendees than they expected to see. The feedback from local business people was also very positive. Clearly the Trade
Show has tapped into a very real need.
Thank you for helping make the Trade Show such a success. It was a great result and all credit to GEMS for their enthusiasm and hard work.

2002 Sydney Paralympic Games
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Julie McGraw and Chris Gray for the fantastic support you gave to Otto Bock in support of the Paralympic Games.
We provided you with a major challenge, and you accepted it "head on". The operational and hospitality management that you provided ensured we achieved our objectives for a very successful outcome. The experience and knowledge as a consultancy team that you brought to the campaign was first class.
We would like to also pass on the acknowledgement and thanks from our Head Office in Germany to GEMS for the excellent work carried out at the Games.

RSPCA Gala Ball, March 2003
From the initial briefing to the conclusion of the ball, I was very impressed with the staff of GEMS and their ability to understand our needs while keeping in mind budgetary restraints. I particularly would like to thank Julie McGraw for her incredible patience through an ever-changing brief, her professionalism and her ability to "get the job done".
I understand that working for a charitable organisation can sometimes be frustrating due to limited budgets, but this proved to be more a challenge than a chore and allowed us to achieve a great result. Who would have ever imagined that a fish shop and rice could be the answer to our table settings?
The event went off without a hitch and the feedback from guests, RSPCA directors and senior staff has been incredibly positive. We look forward to working again with GEMS for future events.

NSW Farmers' Association "Farmers' Market"
On behalf of the NSW Farmers' Association, I would like to thank the team at GEMS for the assistance you gave us in launchng the NSW Farmers' Markets at Warwick Farm Racecourse.
We couldn't have anticipated the huge crowds that attended the first few markets and GEMS capacity to manage this so professionally was invaluable.
