Our Registration and Accommodation Service allows organisations to hand over this often time consuming job to a team of conference management professionals, which allows our clients more time to focus on the style and content of the conference. This service has been used by a range of organisations including:

GEMS Pty Limited will allocate a Project Manager to your conference or seminar, who will be the key point of contact for all registration activities.
As part of this service our team will:
Act as the primary point of contact for all conference registration inquiries
Develop a Conference Website and Online Registration facility for conference delegates
Process all registrations for the conference
Maintain all registrations on an electronic database
Provide electronic confirmations and tax invoices to all delegates
Process all credit card payments
Manage all accounts receivable for conference registration fees
Source and book appropriate accommodation in the vicinity of the conference venue
Prepare Delegate Rooming Lists and provide these to the Accommodation provider
Keep you up to date on the progress of registration at regular intervals
Provide your organisation with an electronic delegate database and appropriate delegate
reports in Access 2000 or Excel 2000 format.
Provide your organisation with Revenue and Receivables reports on a monthly basis
