Director of Training Services
Chris Gray

Chris Gray has the ideal academic and professional background for a trainer. He has an undergraduate qualification in science and post graduate diplomas in education and environmental studies. He is also an accredited Stage IV workplace trainer.

That academic background is supported by more than 12 years training experience in a wide range of field including the construction, motor vehicle, chemicals processing, horse racing and government areas at a federal, state and local level.

Whether he is training the senior executives of a multi national company or the operational staff from a local Council, his philosophy remains the same. "All training must be logical, it must be relevant to the work of the students and it must be practical, no matter what the subject. Professional development is all about enhancing knowledge and then guiding the students as they apply that knowledge to their work".

Participant evaluation of Chris Gray's work is always first class. During 2001 and 2002 participant evaluation of his work indicated more than 98% participants found his training programs very relevant to their work.

Those participants included TAFE teachers, council operational staff, senior government executives and small business operators. If you want training programs that are logical, practical and relevant you should talk to Chris Gray.
